Was ist eigentlich ein Cupcake?
Ein Cupcake ist ein kleiner handlicher Kuchen, der in einer kleinen, Tassenförmigen Kuchenform gebacken wird. Cupcakes sind in etwa so groß wie Muffins, schmecken jedoch ganz anders. Der Teig ist viel weicher und hat eine leichtere Textur, ist generell viel süßer und wird auch deshalb gern als Dessert serviert. Ein Cupcake ist eine ganz besondere Leckerei, die es in vielen Farben und Geschmacksrichtungen gibt. Meistens sind sie mit einer großzügigen und reichhaltigen Buttercremehaube bedeckt und mit bunten Streuseln, Früchten, Nüssen, Schokolade, essbaren Blumen und anderen Dekorationen verziert.
Unsere Cupcakes sind nach traditioneller amerikanischer Art zubereitet und lassen sich am besten mit einer heißen Tasse Kaffee, Tee oder einem kremigen Chai Latte genießen. What is a cupcake?
A cupcake is a small hand-held cake baked in a paper liner or cup-shaped pan. Cupcakes look similar in size to a muffin, but are very different in taste. The cake is softer and lighter in texture and they are generally much sweeter and served as a dessert. A cupcake is a special treat and can come in many different flavors and colors. Most cupcakes are topped with a generous amount of buttercream frosting and can be decorated with sprinkles, fruits, nuts, chocolates, flowers or anything you can imagine!
